How did we end up in September already? Quick swim at lunchtime, starting to try and track my pace and plot some triathlon attempts.

Been a lot of Sinkane love in music reviews at the moment. Here's the lead single from his new album. Streamed the album too, bit smooth in places but definitely praise worthy.
