Sweet Chestnut Tabletops

Freshly cut in the field today, using the slabbing bar attachment.
This is like a very long chainsaw mounted onto Mike's portable sawmill.
Tomorrow we do the oak pillars, using the more usual circular saw.
Twas a lotta fun to do - but these are HEAVY slabs - probably 65 Kg +/- 20 Kg!
Each is 10 ft long x 2 ft (typical) wide x 2 (or 3) inches thick.
