The perfect perch

I decided to walk home from work today to take some time to de-stress and take in the sunshine. I spotted this seagull perched right on the central figure of this memorial on North Bridge and thought it added an amusing touch. The festival is coming to an end, it already seems quieter at the castle and although the city still seems busy with tourists soon it will be "back to normal". A welcome relief for those of us working in the tourism sector!
