Dr Iqbal was quite pleased with my liver.
And the diminishing packaging around it.
The nurse showed a lot more enthusiasm and asked me how I had lost the 10 kilos in two and a half months.
I tried to explain to her the fart-yourself-to-your-ideal-weight method.
I am not quite sure I converted her.
