No Slimming World walk this morning as the lady who usually gives me a lift wasn't doing it. So I had a lie in.

Walked down to the village this afternoon. Weather was lovely so it was a pleasant walk. When I got back I sat outside with the cats and read for a while.

Didn't go with my friend Jan to do the big shop today as she's on holiday ( Austria ) so I ordered online from Asda - my delivery came at 6pm.

The August Challenge today is Water Wednesday. Well water didn't really feature in my day so I am blipping a rose which is in my back garden. Its Rosa Rugosa - also known as Japanese rose, beach tomato, sea tomato or saltspray rose. As you can see the hips resemble tomatoes.
