Big Crane, Wee Harbour!

I'm still trying to work out what this crane was doing in the inner harbour today...its being used to build the new pier for the new ferry...I think it's dropping the piles in for the divers or something!
I think they might have been fixing it in the shelter and out the way of the ferry and cruise ships!
