Signs of Autumn

Children back at school today and already a crisis. We thought that a child had been sent home with the wrong person - so of course we had a distraught teacher and a slightly panicky management team. It took an hour but we managed to ascertain that there had been a misunderstanding, and in fact the child was safe and sound and with the correct family member. Phew!

On the way home I noticed signs of Autumn all around. I felt a little sad at the ending of the summer, but looking forward to the colour that comes with this turn in the seasons.
