Blackberry time

This afternoons walk was to Stonebarrow where Mrs M and Freya (aided by me). went blackberry picking and there were loads to pick, restricted only by the fact that we had only brought one container with us. We filled it right to the top and celebrated with an ice creams and an ice lolly .

This evening Freya took the berries home for her dad to knock up a pie! (he is a chef)

Tomorrow we have a day off and we will be having her again on Friday, then she will be back at school on Monday. You will notice, no pink today but nicely co-ordinated in pale blue!!!, except for the wellies
