Boat Trip

Today we went on a boat trip to Benalmadena. We took the 220 bus to Fuengirola then the ferry to Benalmadena. The ferry takes an hour each way. was lovely in the sun with the sea breeze. The boat trip out was pleasant and uneventful.

Once at Benalmadena we visited sea life, it could have been Maryport! Fish places seem to have a common theme, feeding pool with sting rays, shark tunnel, Sea horses, otters or other sleeping animal, gift shop and thank you for visiting. To be honest fish are wasted on me I do not particularly like them, see the point of them and I'm not good at looking after them but the children loved it and we got to see the biggest crab in the world (alledgedly).

The boat trip on the way back was a little more exciting. It was quite choppy, we all got a little wet, it was nearly like the log flume, we were up, we were down and hanging on but all was good fun. I did think I might like to get off at one point but a mile into the ocean was a little extreme so I rode the waves and found it quite funny.

We are now back having a beer in the shade and making use of free wifi before a dip in the pool to cool down.

On the new broken tooth from yesterday we have no ache so hopefully all will be good till I get home.
