Road works

The roadworks outside the kitchen continue. After arriving then sitting in their lorry reading "The Sun" with the engine idling for about an hour the lorry with the tarmac arrived. Twenty minutes of hard slog (see pic above) later they were off. Job isn't finished because; "There is a breakdown at the quarry.". Still they were a cheerful crew and in spite of appearances worked hard and took care and pride in what they did.
Appearances can be deceptive . . . .
