This is Luna. Over the summer I was at work when I got a call from a friend. She explained to me how they had found a kitten and that the mother had abandoned it. She asked if we wanted her. of course I didn't know the answer so I told her I would let her know. I proceeded to call me mom and tell her the story. she said no right away. Me, being the animal lover I am, got upset and told her if we didn't take her she would go to the SPCA and she isn't in good health so they would put her down with out thinking twice. This made my mom think again and finally she said okay. Luna arrived at our house that night. she was skin on bones, you could feel every rib and on top of that she had an upper respiratory infection. Yet through all the pain she continued to purr. Now around 2 months later she is as healthy as ever, she walks around like she owns the place. I couldn't be more happy to know that I saved her life.
