September Selfie No 3!

Had my 6th and final physio appointment for my back today. On the NHS they only really allow you 4- 5 as a general rule. Not a rule I necessarily agree with as it stops you being an individual but I guess me having more than the allowed amount means someone else is having to wait.

Sian, my lovely physio was very obliging when I asked her to join in my Selfie for today.

And now I'm going to make a fish pie. Random.
