Back to school...

...well for an afternoon Staff meeting anyway.

The morning was in the shop as usual. I took the car today though - first time ever I have not walked there - as I had a lot of 'donations' which I couldn't carry. Yes, some of my favourite dresses have now gone to a new home on the grounds I am never going to be a whole dress size smaller again!
I also had a lot of grotty old chair cushions etc which can be sold in a sack as scrap fabric by weight. It will all make money.

After a quick dash home to drop the car and grab a sandwich and check on Alex, I attended the staff meeting, which was predictably boring and mostly about reminding us to keep our paper work/marking up to date and to try to be in a 'Positive Mind Set' (can you tell the Head has been on a probably expensive and stating the obvious course again?)
Anyway I was is positive mind set!
This is my space in the staffroom - as a part time itinerant I do not have a classroom - I teach in everyone else's. This is where I keep all my old toot resources.
