Birthday Celebration

Today is Emerson's 23rd birthday. He is on the right in this photo with his sister, Ashly (that's right her name does not have an "e"). Robert, Ashly's boyfriend, is on the left and Grandpa Fun is standing behind them.

This day had not been going well for Emerson and some of the plans that were being made. When we caught wind of what was happening, we contacted his sister and said let's make this day better. So we all went out together for dinner.

While it may not have been the best birthday Emerson has ever had, we do think he enjoyed the evening. We gave him a new pair of Rainbow Sandals (very flip-flops) for his birthday gift. We think he really liked them.
