It's a bit salty.

Ps. Spent all afternoon making veggie cold spring rolls with a peanut dipping sauce for tonight's celebratory potluck dinner with the fabulous ladies from last week's conference. Someone else brought a wicked guacamole with mango in it (sooo good!). Then dinner was a maple-syrup-glazed, walnut-encrusted salmon, followed by strawberry shortcake and apple pie.
