before you drink!

A couple of the girls at work produced this poster to demonstrate the amount of sugar in drinks.
It's quite an eye opener and has had quite an impact on the patients. You can tell them how much sugar is in a can of Coke ( other fizzy drinks are available) but its much better if you can show them.

Second day back at work after two weeks off - like I've never been away!
