Tiny mouse

Should the blip be a "tell it as it is" photo or a good photo? Aware that I have not captured the full impact of this dead baby mouse, but can claim that the only manipulation was placing the leaf next to it to give some sense of scale. Or should it have been on white paper, well lit with a ruler to measure.
