Shocking

This is our latest information notice at my NHS practice.....that's a lot of time wasted.

It annoys me that people have no regard for timekeeping or booked appointments, yet have the balls to ring & demand emergency appointments when they have pain.
One person at another practice missed several appointments and owed quite a bit of money, but still had the cheek to ring and complain about being deregistered :-0

My day has been stop/start due to non attenders; this again makes me mad as I know other patients are having to wait until November to see me now.

Only one more session to work after today; I finish at 12noon tomorrow then it's off to the salon for a bit of pre holiday pampering. Bliss :-)
