Lobster on the fire
I had a new experience this weekend. My family and I went over to our friends, Brandon and Shakena's house. We got to roast lobster tails over the fire. Shakena is from Jamaica, and they had gone down to visit her family recently. While they were there, they went spear fishing, which is pretty cool, and got these lobsters. They even got one that was apparently one of the rarest kinds. It looked like a lobster mixed with a hermit crab. When we ate it, the meat tasted slightly different than the others, it was more of a fishy taste. We had had a really long day, with some family stuff that was going on, and we were contemplating not going over at all. We had actually just come from my Grandma's house, and we were running late to get there. But now I'm glad that we got to go. Sometimes I feel like my life is too busy, like I never get a break. But then I realize that I don't know what I would do without it all. I'm used to a constant flow of activity, and even if I go one day without doing anything, I start to get bored.
