Studio Z Ice Bucket Challenge

Here I am with my son, my fellow Studio Z instructors, and participants/friends, taking the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge after our Labor Day workout this morning. What a great idea for a little post workout icing, and the studio raised $260 in donations for the ALS Fund. Spent the rest of the day in Bellingham visiting our favorite spots and trying to savor the second to last day of Summer vacation. Alex starts school on Wednesday. :(
