Running with Sylwia

This is my friend, Sylwia.

She is one of my best pals. We are both in the lifeboat crew and we were out on our first shout together on Saturday!

We have started going out running together.

We went out for a run at 8 o'clock this morning and Sylwia kindly agreed to wait downstairs after we had finished so I could take a picture of her from my flat window.

We are planning to go out for another run tomorrow morning.

This is not the first time Sylwia has featured in one of my blips. We had a joint birthday do last November as Sylwia's birthday is 2 days after mine.
