Traditional Roast Chicken?

This was actually delicious for a change, roast chicken with just a little extra effort. Garlic, lemon and butter coated the outside whilst a whole lemon and onion resided within. This was one of our friends' Seth and Tarah's organic home raised chickens and finished off with a sauce made with onions, white wine and the juice of the roasted chicken, thickened with cream - delicious
