Bakewell Tart

Hi everyone!

First of all, happy September! Wow, where has the year gone??

I made a Bakewell tart in hospitality today - which I thought were the little round cakes with icing and a cherry on top, but this was really good too! Actually making it didn't go to well (I really mucked up my dough), but as you can see, the end result wasn't too bad!

I have my second driving lesson tomorrow, which I'm actually kind of looking forward to! Obviously I'm still a bit apprehensive, but if millions of other people can do it, no reason why I can't!
