The Great Escape...

Well, these thistle seed heads have tried... They've got caught up on this plantain instead. No doubt if I went to find this tomorrow they will probably be gone....?

Day 2 for P's big walk - Hadrian's Wall - 18 miles today. A few blisters so compeed is being administered but legs are holding out!

I went to see a consultant about my damaged knee and he said it's definitely a torn cartilage but I can do nothing and see if it happens again or I can have it investigated. I've opted for doing nothing for now. It won't have fully healed but we'll have to see.... Considering I managed to walk along The Roaches and back last night with no ill effects I'm happy for now.
