Dolly's bolo do Caco

Bolo do Caco is a traditional bread made in Madeira! Mine had chorizo in it and was served warm with garlic butter, it's delicious! Made it home eventually, after a long check in, people being late and the plane losing power on the Tarmac, but thanks to a reduced flight time we arrived back in Glasgow almost on time!
