I know that these bad boys look like something the cat might deposit behind the sofa but they are so yummy they might be illegal. For those who haven't found them they are Anya potatoes. Boil them and finish them with butter.

Sorry it's another food blip but I started early doors and ploughed through till five when I quickly prepared and eat some food so that I was clear for an online meeting at seven. Although it's a school night I'm having a glass of Soave to celebrate George's birthday.
