A Limp Effort

I took my camera with me when I went to the surgery this morning, but saw nothing to catch my eye. It was the same story this afternoon when I went to Spinning Group. Ultimately, I found myself Blip-less.

Here's the info leaflet that I brought home this morning. It has exercises to improve the situation. I tried one. It hurt!
