A shadow of my present self

A stunning February day. Ideal for walking or running, so, a steady 26 miles on the bike preceded and followed by a walk with the dogs.

We have an uninterrupted view of the Bowland fells from the house and have a million miles of relatively traffic free lanes for our cycling in the vicinity. Happy days!!!!
