Damage limitation
After the over feeding on the boat last week, this week is going to be all about portion control, and healthy eating (not, I should stress, that what we were fed was anything BUT nutritious).
So butternut squash with a Parmesan crust, accompanied by a small potion of mackerel and macaroni salad I found in this weekends Grauniad.
At least there'll be leftovers to take for lunch tomorrow!
