First day back

Just like this butterfly I feel like I am starting the process of transformation from classroom teacher to part of the senior management team.

I have decided to stay quiet, listen and learn for the first couple of weeks. My diary and to do list are already filling up.

Feeling excited about it all though, which is a good sign.
