Ouch

Still massively painful arm so called into the Emergency Department, GP didn't do anything when it first got 'buggered'.
Didn't do anything today but at least I'm getting a fracture clinic appointment,some time.

If anyone from East Coast Trains is looking in, the toilet door in carriage C (London end) needs a lot of straightening
