Watchbury House and Little Watchbury

I've photographed details of this magnificent carved wooden porch before, but this morning, as I was passing through Barford, I decided to photograph the house(s) to which it is attached. I really like the old red brick and the black painted woodwork that edges the eaves. Watchbury House is a Grade II listed building dating from the 1500s and is thought to be the oldest building in the village.
