Meandering day; out of Tyndrum sharpish; was grey and uninviting; by Strathyre the sun was out so we bought tea and drove few miles to sit on the shore of Loch Lubnaig and devour crab pate for breakfast ( Iknow, I know....)

Dumyat was agreed upon, a 75 minute wander up - the effort to reward ratio was high; North Berwick Law in the east to at least Ben Lomond in the west, Lawers to the north. Not a bad wee vista.

And back to town; via Asda and into our respective domesticity.

I slumbered a while before meeting Barry at our usual grassy knoll RV at Meadowbank Stadium; a walk up the road, sloe spotting as we went; up to the summit from Dunsapie Loch and back down, traversing the east side of the slopes above Hunter's Bog.

A Cigs foray on the way home, and in for gnocchi spinach camembert walnut combo for dinner.

I tried watching the Vuelta backlog but only succeeded in falling asleep...
