Gone Quick

After smoking for almost 6 hours, they were finally done. Didn't take long to eat these Baby's up. The ribs are seen here at the BBQ sauce stage.

Along with making my home made BBQ sauce, I also zinged them up a bit with my home grown Tai Chilis. Enjoyed the meal along with my wife's Parmesan biscuits and corn on the cob. Family loved it all.
