Emergency blip

Been out all day but not had a chance to take any pictures. So grabbed a quick picture of this dog toy.

First was Dobbies breakfast and Kara bought this dog toy at a bargain price of 75p (Jasper loves it).

Then out with my mate Steve for a cycle. Aimed for Airdrie but turned back at Blackridge. We were following the National Cycle Network 75 route then on the way home turned off for a little but of off-road rougher track riding. Total distance was about 52km or 31 miles which is the longest cycle I have ever been on and took me 4 hours.
