Survival Instinct
This is C.S. emerging from 2 months in hell.
For long weeks he could not see any light at the end of the tunnel but he has made it now, he is sucking in the rays, laughing away and using "wonderful" an awful lot (leading me to believe that perhaps I had gone on my lunch break wander with a clone rather than the genuine article).
He has made it. He has come out of the ordeal stronger, against all odds.
He is wearing the badge of honour that testifies to yet another successful campaign (well, one that he survived anyway).
The Company will let him lick his wounds for a couple of months (unwaged, of course), then call him in an emergency.
This is the life of the Emergency Response Unit: every single item is an emergency. And every unit has far too many managers demanding an immediate response...
My thoughts are with our fallen comrades S.B. and A.C.
My next camera is definitely a Nikon.
