Chillin'...

I did the ice bucket challenge this morning. Girls tried to help me video. Rather amusing. A bit of work, house jobs, into College to sort things out for tomorrow, bit of food shopping and a gym session. Home to walk the girls and speak to you and Mum, dinner, gardening (haha!) and now some work. A nice day on all fronts.

Just found out my coach in Canada had a stroke...only 41 years of age. A young, determined and beautiful woman. You just don't know what might be around the corner. It has really shocked me. I still think I'm indestructible. Foolish really.
