Parade of Ships

Continuing Mum's holiday fit camp, we walked to Gylly Beach and met up with Clare and Josh to watch the Parade of Ships. As we were 'early', we ambled along the sea front to Gyllingdune Gardens and bench hopped until we had the perfect spot, in shade, with a magnificent view.

After several hours (!) we headed upto the Princess Pavillions for beer to listen to the Sunday afternoon brass band and were joined by Christine and Terry.

The long walk home was made much better by the discovery that the fish and chip shop was open! One of those days that just gets better and better!
