One of Thelwells?

We passed a field of little ponies on our walk today.
As soon as they saw us they came running across to the fence. I think they thought we had something for them.
Unfortunately we had just eaten our picnic lunch, and had nothing left!
This one reminded me of one of Thelwell ponies.

Such a sweetie!

A lovely walk from Birstwith near Harrogate, along the river Nidd, and up and down Nidderdale.
It is called the seven bridges walk, but I think it should be renamed the 20 stiles walk! Actually lost count as there were so many, and some quite difficult!
A hot and sunny day, which made the 7.5miles seem a lot longer!
A nice shandy at the pub brought me round before we drove back home.

The weather sounds good for the week ahead, which is typical as the children go back to school!
