Today I retrieved this large photograph of my great-grandparents. They do look very austere but I am sure they were happy people. Now I have to find somewhere to hang it.

My grandmother left her parent's home in Italy and went to Scotland with her husband. Over time her brothers and sisters came to join her. When my great-grandmother died my great-grandfather also went to Scotland to join his family.
