I put my name down to do locum nights this weekend so Friday daytime was ours, excluding a bit of power napping. We went for a lovely countryside walk and found a wigwam! I really wanted to blip it but both our phones were dead (typical of us). Instead, here's dinner, a Waitrose recipe- pea and bean salad with onions , Parma ham and boiled eggs. It was very simple and tasty.
