In my cup

Decided to have a go at the Fatmumslim Photo a day list for September

Today is my Zombie Day, Aka that day between nightshift and a day off before returning to day shift

that means at most only 2-3 hrs sleep through the day so that I'm out like a light tonight and wake refreshed tomorrow ready for a day of daytime things

needless to say there will be many cups that look like this in my day today
