Self healing

As it turned out, this was not a good day for my two football teams.
First it was the Toffees leaking goals like a buggered up colander, then the agony and frustration at the debacle that was the 'Caps performance against Portland.
A little lubrication in the Back Forty is the popular choice before the match starts. Turns out it was the only thing that made me chuckle all day.
