KK enjoying a nice relax after some strenuous exercise this morning.

It is beautiful scenery here and we recklessly decided to climb up the mountainside to Castel St. John, an old fort. KK's Snowdon expeditions stood him in good stead but I am afraid to say I bottled it two-thirds of the way having gone faint with the heat and dehydration.

We were both wet through with sweat and after throwing ourselves (and our clothes) under the shower, it was refreshing to spend the afternoon on this little beach with the cooling sea to jump in and out of.
