The wedding bench

On which my wife’s niece and her friend got married today. As the priest is a friend of the young couple, the wedding ceremony was very personal and unique. The weather played its role perfectly as well, allowing to have the aperitif outside (the day before and after it rained).

The wedding party was at the same place where we had ours years ago, making it even more special for us. After dinner and the traditional wedding dance a polonaise started and lead to a party room, where then disco, drinks & dancing started.

Their wedding photographer did install in a separate room a sort of photo booth, consisting of a permanently installed camera, a remote release and accessories to disguise. The room stayed open all evening and all night, people just popped in, had fun. The later the fancier.
