Reopening the City Heights field

This field & the 90% dirt one behind me are co-owned by S.D. Park & Recreation and the City Schools (Rosa Parks Elementary). After replanting this field over 2 months ago then watering it 4+ times/day when San Diego has a water shortage & is suppose to only water for 10 min. 2x/day max., they have reopened the field today preceding a 3 day weekend & most likely will have damaged the field from over use before Tuesday when the school kids will be able to use it. Sadly, they always allow over use of the field & kill all of the grass within weeks and then repeat the cycle of mismanagement & waste.
