A nice bright day, the rain has stopped !

I went off to the physio this morning. She gave me a very thorough massage, clear advice and instructions and said she thinks it's muscle damage and an unaligned pelvis, which she was confident that she could correct easily.
I came away after an hour's vigorous pummeling feeling bruised and exhausted but slightly more confident.
There'll be several more sessions, and time will tell I suppose.
