Pondering fields of gold

My wonderful nephew encouraged a 30k bike ride today around our new neighbourhood, it's a little hilly, and after one particularly large one we had a breather. I think he considered running through the fields rather than continue. But he is my partner in crime in our quest for triathlon stardom.
We celebrate him and his 21st birthday this weekend, and it's a privilege to know this wonderful young man.
