Honister Pass

We went up to Honister Slate Mine today to collect a house sign that we had ordered...

The wind at the top of the pass was freezing! And we only had Summer clothes on!

So instead of walking from there, we went down to Seathwaite and walked up the valley past Stockley Bridge...

After our two hour walk, we drove back to Keswick and it was like Summer!
