GRUMPY OLD FART

The only positive thing I did today was a minor repair to a shoulder bag I made about five years ago.

Actually that's not quite true - I raised a dram in memory of my mother who should have been 99 today but for an NHS cock-up/cover-up. Paracetamol was prescribed for pneumonia. The rancour still persists after 17 years...

Apart from that I listened to Test Match Special on BBC Radio 4 Long Wave & heard England being humiliated by India at Trent Bridge.

Today it p*ssed down all day.
